We produce this Small Batch spirit entirely in-house, by hand, using only the best locally sourced ingredients. Our distillery equipment is similarly hand-built, lending an air of authenticity and quality you simply won’t find anywhere else. By proofing down with Rocky Mountain Snowmelt, aging a minimum of 4 years in new charred oak, and utilizing a special slow-distillation process, our award-winning Bourbon showcases rich flavor, a full body, and genuine Colorado craft excellence. Honey Barrel Aged Bourbon
Here at Branch & Barrel we believe in authentic flavor and uncompromising quality, and our Honey Barrel Finished Bourbon is no exception. We rest this whiskey for 3 years in new American oak before sending the barrel off to Bee Squared Apiary in Berthoud, CO.
They age their pure wildflower honey in that same barrel for 90 days, then drain the barrel and send it back to us. We then reintroduce our bourbon and let it age for an additional year, allowing it to pick up some truly wonderful natural flavors from the residual honey in the wood. New notes such as Honeycomb, Pecan, Lemon Zest, Vanilla Cream and Orange Blossom emerge alongside the unquestionably indulgent taste of our delicious straight bourbon. We know this is a bottle you will keep coming back to again and again. We certainly do!

3-Way Barrel Aged Bourbon
There’s something that just feels right about the number ‘3’. 3 years in New Oak, 3 flavors in the finishing barrel, and 3 yes’s: ‘Yes’ to adventure, ‘yes’ to flavor, and ‘yes’ to an experience you surely won’t forget.
After the aforementioned time spent in new charred oak, we transfer our bourbon to a very special series of finishing barrels, seasoned with cinnamon whiskey, real vanilla bean extract, and finally authentic dark maple syrup. Over the 1+ years our whiskey spends resting in these 3-Way barrels, the spirit picks up decadent notes such as Cinnamon, Walnut, Orange Zest, Maple, and Vanilla Cream Frosting. Still with us? It gets even better: we keep our 3-Way whiskey at 100 proof so that you can enjoy a full-bodied, full-strength spirit that doesn’t compromise on its whiskey roots. Plumwood Barrel Aged Whiskey
Branch & Barrel began with a small still, big hearts, and even bigger dreams, and our Plumwood Whiskey is made as an homage to those humble beginnings. In those days, our spirit was rested on toasted tree trimmings, stored in mason jars in our owners’ garage. The branches were our barrels!
Namesake aside, some incredibly unique flavors came out of those early experiments, and none served as a better example than our new-make spirit finished on charred Colorado Plumwood. Years later, we decided to recreate this recipe on a larger scale, allowing folks near and far a chance to try this wonderful and novel expression. Look forward to earthy, herbaceous, and smoky flavors, atop subtle notes of dark dried fruit and vanilla. Branch Out and take a sip…it might just be your new favorite.

What happens when an unapologetically crafty Colorado distillery makes a smoked agave spirit? You’re about to find out. Prepare yourself for an experience unlike any you’ve ever had: using a mashbill of 80% Blue Weber Agave, 10% Cherrywood-Smoked Wheat, and 10% Oak-Smoked Barley, we’ve created something truly special that defies categorization.
Fermenting the agave on the grains and using only a single distillation run, we’ve kept the flavors and aromas wild, robust, and true to the roots of the libations that inspired this unique Branch & Barrel expression. Named for the tears of joy we felt when we first tasted this off the still, Las Lagrimas boasts complex notes of Citrus, Saline, Macadamia, Peppercorn, and a smokiness reminiscent of a toasty Colorado campfire. If you’re still reading this, you should probably go ahead and try some.
Why is the rum gone? This is the question you’ll surely be asking yourself after you try your first sip of Branch & Barrel’s own Jamaican Pot Still styled expression: Atocha.
Taking its name from the titular Spanish Treasure Galleon, the Nuestra Senora de Atocha, we’re certain you’re going to ‘treasure’ this fantastic Colorado craft spirit. We created our own Dunder right here in Centennial, using Ceylon Cinnamon, Vanilla Bean Pods, Raisins, Bananas, and more. We then ferment Molasses with that starter, rest the rum in 10 gallon Honeycomb barrels, and run it through Peachwood chips, Cherrywood chips, Chardonnay casks, and finally our 3-Way whiskey barrels. The result? A small batch craft rum worthy of myth and legend, much like the vessel it got its name from.

Cafe Miel is a luxurious coffee laden twist on our classic Honey Barrel Finished Bourbon. We partnered up with our friends at Denver’s own Corvus Coffee Roasters to create this very unique and decidedly spirituous espresso expression.
Now try saying that five times fast. Cafe Miel is our 4-Year Honey Whiskey rested for an extra 24 hours with sustainably sourced whole roasted beans from a special Corvus blend with origins in Brazil, Colombia, and Rwanda. Look forward to notes of fresh and vibrant Espresso, Hazelnut, Chocolate, and Honeyed Pecans. Coffee, honey, and whiskey are a match made in Heaven, and you’re about to find out why.
‘Fuszerek’ is a Hungarian word meaning ‘spices’. This seemed like an appropriate name for this bottle, given that it contains an even more unique expression of our 3-Way Bourbon, rested beyond our normal aging protocols on staves of Hungarian Oak.
This whiskey, already brimming with flavor from our cinnamon/vanilla/maple finishing barrels, takes on additional notes of Gingerbread, Molasses, Herbs, Tobacco, and Nutmeg from this extra special wood interaction. Fuszerek is one of our most mature spirits to date, and the time spent with rare and authentic Hungarian Oak makes it a can’t miss hit in the Branch & Barrel portfolio.
